EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
Purchases from 23/11/23 can be returned for a refund or exchange until 31/1/23; otherwise 30 days from purchase.
We want you to love your fit! However, as we want to give you the best shopping experience we possibly can, we will happily accept returns provided that our terms and conditions are followed.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Any items being returned must be in brand new and unaltered condition with their tags attached.
Please allow up to three business days from the date of delivery for your return to be processed.
Orders placed within Australia are eligible for free return postage; simply click on the link below and follow the prompts to generate your free return label.
Unfortunately some items are not eligible to be returned due to hygiene practices (including but not limited to socks and underwear).
Please ensure that delicate items such as hats, caps and watches are packed in a box, and have been bubbled-wrapped where necessary.
Exchanges & Store Credits
Purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, providing products meet the criteria stated above. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we can offer you a store credit valid for 12 months.
Purchases may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, providing products meet the criteria stated above. Refunds will only be given using the original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund socks or underwear.
