Returns & Exchange
We want you to love your fit! To give you the best shopping experience we possibly can, we will happily accept returns provided that our terms and conditions are followed.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Any items being returned must be in brand new and unaltered condition with their tags attached.
If your products fit the above criteria, simply complete the returns section of the form contained within your original order and post your return back to:

Once your parcel has been delivered to us, please allow up to three business days for your return to be processed.
Unfortunately some items are not eligible to be returned due to hygiene practices; socks and underwear.
Please ensure that delicate items such as caps are packaged as they were originally delivered to protect their shape.
Exchanges & Store Credits
Purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, providing products meet the criteria stated above. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we can offer you a gift card instead.
Refunds
Purchases may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, providing products meet the criteria stated above. Refunds will only be given using the original payment method, but you can request a gift card.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund socks or underwear.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, for further enquiries please reach out to our customer service department.
