All Australian orders placed before 1PM AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 1PM will be packed and shipped on the next business day. We recommend visiting the Australia Post website for an estimated delivery window, which you can do by clicking here.
To ensure a safe delivery, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. It may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box explaining how to pickup your parcel.
