We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy on products purchased online that fit the criteria below. Once we receive your return, one of your customer support team will process your request.
You may continue with your return if your item(s):
- have not been worn, washed or altered,
- contains all of the relevant tags that arrived with it, and
- are not underwear or socks (due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept these).
We strongly advise that you send your return parcel using a shipping method that has tracking, so that we are both able to locate the parcel during transit.
Customers will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
